15 Feb Client Engagement Manager Position

Using a consultative business development approach, you will lead the client engagement process while actively growing current account relationships. You will also form and negotiate partnerships with strategic firms throughout the region to help the company expand. You will work closely with Product Development to use client feedback to strengthen and expand the product and work directly with clients to understand their workflow and needs. You will also have complete ownership of your business—from sales strategy and prospecting to consultation and closing.



  • Drive annual sales and revenue targets throughout Asia
  • Work in collaboration with M.D., IT and Operation’s teams to identify and manage new opportunities until close
  • Initiate, prepare and adjusts content of sales presentations
  • Diligently track and manage all customer interactions within the Company CRM system
  • Effectively build a sales pipeline and accurately manage forecasts throughout the sales cycle
  • Validate the client workflow and engage the appropriate resources where necessary
  • Frequent client and prospect interaction through sales calls and onsite visits
  • Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers
  • Maintain strong product knowledge, integration points and products and competitor/3rd party offerings
  • Monitor and help expedite the legal documents preparation and execution
  • Support the team for successful change management with onboarding clients
  • Lead competitive intelligence research and keep market watch




  • Minimum five experience selling to financial institutions
  • Possession of a university degree
  • Relationships or experience in wealth management and private banking preferred
  • Proven ability to initiate, build and maintain key relationships within strategic accounts
  • Proven consultative sales skills and ability to determine solutions for customers
  • Proven ability of accurate pipeline management from initial lead to close
  • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative environment to achieve results
  • Entrepreneurial and outgoing character
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good level of numeracy
  • English language is a must
